What helps to detox your body

First I must say if you’re detoxing try to cut down on thefollowing:

cigarettes
alcohol
coffee
eating foods with saturated fats and refined sugars (cola andketchup contains a lot)
These acts as toxins in your body and as a hindrance to yourhealing development.
