What are the benefits of rosemary tea

The properties of Rosemary are: Carminative (relieves flatulence), anti-spasmodic, anti-depressive, anti-microbial, emmenagogue (promotes menstruation), stimulant, astringent, diaphoretic (induces sweating), nervine (a tonic that sooths nervous excitement) and aromatic.

Rosemary is a circulatory and nervine stimulant.

The tea made from it has a toning and calming effect on the digestion and is commonly used where psychological tension is present.

Rosemary tea is also useful for flatulent dyspepsia, headache and/or the depression associated with debility.
