What are the the suggestion for hypnosis

It really depends on what the client is coming in for and what they wish to achieve.
If they come in for smoking cessation, the suggestion might be that they no longer have any cravings, urges, addictions, thoughts or desires for cigarettes.
If it was for weight loss it might be that their deep inner mind now causes them to eat the right foods, in the right amounts, at the right times.
However the suggestions would be tailored to meet the needs and goals of each specific client.
