Citrus fruit contains abundant amounts of vitamin C. Most fruits and vegetables contain at least some vitamin C. Tomatoes and peppers are a good source as well.

Many people prefer to drink orange juice and such to get their vitamin C. Although it may be rich in vitamin C, juices have high sugar levels. It is suggested to drink juice occassionally. Vitamin C protect your body cells from damage, and prevent harmful substances from entering your blood. A loss of vitamin C can result in poor wounds healing, hair or tooth loss, and frequent infections.
Jalapeno peppers contain more vitamin C than an orange.Oranges, Kiwi fruit, grapefruit, green bell pepper, broccoli, strawberries, etc. Hope this helps
